Limited Lifetime
All Arrow forks are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the fork in normal use and service. Arrow forks meet or exceed all ASME/ANSI B56,11,4 American National Standard requirements as provided by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Arrow will have the option of replacing or repairing any fork which, upon its inspection, has been determined to be defective in material or workmanship. The purchaser shall be responsible for promptly informing Arrow Customer Service of any perceived operational deficiencies or failures. Arrow will be the sole party responsible for analysis of perceived operational deficiencies or failure.
Forks which do not fit because of incorrectly provided specifications are not returnable, are not covered by this limited warranty and constitute the property of the purchaser. Warranty is applicable only upon the approved return of the forks to Arrow. In some cases, Arrow may approve field repairs. Compensation for field repairs will be negotiated, and field repairs undertaken without approval by Arrow Customer Service will void the warranty. 1 Year Limited Warranty on all attachments and accessories. No warranties are expressed or implied as to the fitness of the equipment on which the attachment or accessory is installed. The purchaser will be responsible for promptly informing Arrow Customer Service of any perceived operational deficiencies or failures. Arrow will be the sole party responsible for analysis of perceived deficiencies or failures.

90 Day Limited
90 Day Limited Warranty on miscellaneous new parts. No warranties are express or implied as to the fitness of the equipment on which the part is installed. Starters, water pumps, and miscellaneous parts which have been abused or mis-used are not warrantable. The purchaser will be responsible for promptly informing Arrow Customer Service or any perceived operational deficiencies or failures. Arrow will be the sole party responsible for analysis of perceived deficiencies or failures.
Parts which do not fit because of incorrectly provided specifications are not returnable, are not covered by this limited warranty and constitute the property of the purchaser. Any product being returned for any reason must be approved prior to shipment by Customer Service. Returns require a Return Authorization Number, to be supplied by Customer Service.
Goods not returned within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns may be reshipped to the customer freight-collect. Restocking of returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Forks, attachments, accessories, Super Duty Grapples and Timberline Tree Shears made to customer’s specifications are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
The Arrow Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and may be void in the event that the product is sold or otherwise transferred. Arrow Limited Warranties are valid only in the United States. No warranty will apply to any product that been (i) modified, altered or adapted without Arrow's written consent, (ii) abused or misused, (iii) repaired by any third party in a manner which fails to meet Arrow's repair standards, (iv) improperly installed (v) used with any device or implement not covered by this warranty, or (vi) used outside of the United States. This warranty does not include and there in hereby excludes normal maintenance parts and consumables, including but not limited to oil, belts, oil and fuel filters and similar items.
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WERE MADE OR RELIED ON IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE ARROW PRODUCTS. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO VARY, MODIFY OR CHANGE THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PROPERTY SOLD TO THE PURCHASER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS GOODWILL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE.
Nothing in this warranty affects any statutory rights of consumers or other purchasers that cannot be waived or limited by contract. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
